The Holy Spirit and Your Body | Brother Hosanna David

The Holy Spirit and Your Body | Brother Hosanna David

God created the human body for Himself and put His very own life in man when He breathed the breath of life into the nostril of man. That means, originally, God created man to live in him. Sin destroyed this relationship. When Jesus Christ came He reverse it and restored us. In this today’s message and this series message we are going to consider 3 things: 1. Having the Holy Spirit as a seal of ownership 2. Being anointed and manifesting the gifts of the Holy Spirit 3. All Christians are qualified to receive the Holy Spirit and the Gifts of the Spirit.

You need to be alive to help others

You need to be alive to help others

Good people owe those they help the obligation of protecting themselves from being killed by evil people so that they can live and continue to do good because there is no activity in the grave.

In life being good is good. We have been commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ to do good to all. But we must not forget that we need to be alive to enable us continue to do good. We owe those we help the obligation of protecting ourselves from being killed by evil people so that we continue to do good because there is no activity in the grave. Therefore, as we take risks to help others let’s also consider our own safety.

Matthew 10:16 says “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”

If good people do not apply this principle of safety harmlessness this world will soon become totally go bankrupt of good people.

Alone with God in the Wilderness – Bro. Hosanna David

Alone with God in the Wilderness – Bro. Hosanna David

Some times God takes us to the wilderness of life, strips us of every help so that we can acknowledge Him and give Him His position in our hearts. The wilderness is a place of temptation but it is also a place we can utilize the opportunity of being alone with God by strengthening our relationship with God.

Below are some of the Bible verse read in this teaching:

“For their mother hath played the harlot:
she that conceived them hath done shamefully:
for she said, I will go after my lovers,
that give me my bread and my water,
my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink.
6 Therefore, behold, I will hedge up thy way with thorns,
and make a wall, that she shall not find her paths.
7 And she shall follow after her lovers, but she shall not overtake them;
and she shall seek them, but shall not find them:
then shall she say, I will go and return to my first husband;
for then was it better with me than now.” (Hosea 2:5-7)

“Therefore, behold, I will allure her,
and bring her into the wilderness,
and speak comfortably unto her.
15 And I will give her her vineyards from thence,
and the valley of Achor for a door of hope:
and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth,
and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt.” (Hosea 2:14-15)

“So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry thou, saying,
Thus saith the LORD of hosts;
I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy.
15 And I am very sore displeased with the heathen that are at ease: for I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction.” (Zechariah 1:14-15)

God’s Discipline: A Closed Heaven | Bro. Hosanna David

God’s Discipline: A Closed Heaven | Bro. Hosanna David

This is a hard truth but it remains the truth. There are times that God closes the Heaven as a means of disciplinary measures.
Experiencing a closed Heaven could be in form of God keeping silence, closing Heaven against your prayers, living away from the dew of Heaven, etc.
If you are experiencing a closed Heaven diagnose the cause and settle it with God.
