We are not just saved from eternal destruction but we are adopted in God’s spiritual family as sons and daughters of God. Adoption is the gracious act of God by which He makes repentant sinners His children, bringing them into His spiritual family through faith in Jesus Christ, giving them full rights as heirs of His kingdom.
