A Pastor is a shepherd that takes care of the flock of Jesus Christ. He is expected to treat them exactly the way the Owner says He should treat them. This treatment is according to the written Word. Pastors are commanded to “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.” (2 Timothy 4:2). Unfortunately, many pastors don’t use the Word of God to rebuke their members when they are going astray. If a man of God, who is a spiritual father, refuses to discipline his spiritual children it means he is treating them like bastards because it is only a bastard that will not be disciplined, as we are told in Hebrews 12:5-8.
We are not living in a trouble free world, rather, in a world that is filled with different kinds of problems. Yet the Lord wants us to be joyful and live victoriously. How possible is this?

In dealing with your weaknesses there are people you must not expose your weaknesses to. I know that sometimes you feel like talking to someone, but you don’t need to talk to just anybody. Talk to only the person that can help you get solution, not someone who has nothing to offer, not someone that will take advantage of your weaknesses. If you are blind you don’t need a blind man to walk you through your dark moments. What you need is a man that sees, knows the way and also ready to help you out.
