God’s truth brings freedom, but many people reject it because they prefer to follow their own desires. A heart that continually rejects God’s Word becomes hardened and vulnerable to deception. Today is the day to receive the truth with humility and obedience. Those who embrace God’s truth will stand firm in difficult times. Jesus warned that false prophets would arise and deceive many people in the last days. Not every preacher or teacher speaks the truth of God’s Word. We must test every teaching by the Scriptures and remain grounded in sound doctrine. Those who know God’s Word are less likely to be deceived.
