Following Jesus requires commitment, sacrifice, and perseverance. Christ never promised an easy path, but He promised eternal life to those who remain faithful. We must be willing to deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and follow Him wholeheartedly. The reward of eternal life far outweighs every earthly sacrifice.
