Before Jesus Christ left He promised to be with us till the end of the world. Matthew 28:20 “lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Therefore, whenever Christians gather in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we secure His presence.
The garment of righteousness that we receive from God when we repent and are admitted into the kingdom of God can be stained with sin. When it gets stained does that mean that we no longer belong to God’s kingdom? No. When it is stained with sin we repent of the sin, confess it and we (and our garments of righteousness) are washed in the Blood of Jesus Christ. Please note that it is only those who keep their garments white that will be raptured by the Lord.
When we receive the free gift of salvation we also receive a garment of righteousness. This is synonymous to the glory of God that clothed Adam and Eve before the fall in the Garden of Eden.
Man was not originally created to wear clothes because there was no need as the glory of God clothed them. But after the fall the sinful nature and shame came. When you are born again there’s a spiritual robe that the Lord puts on you.
Many people regret in life because they trust those who have not earned their trust. When you deal with those you don’t trust don’t close your eyes because you want them to use their conscience. If you need to supervise them please do because a lot of people today do not have conscience, while some others have dead conscience.
